Camp FAQs

Dates will be announced soon!

Campers will be divided into groups by age and will rotate through the different activity stations.

There will be a lunch in between.

There will be a closing campfire before dismissal.

We recommend wearing normal comfortable play clothes for May. Shorts or jeans and t-shirts and athletic shoes are great.

We will have shade coverings for many activities but will generally be outside so sunscreen is highly recommended as well as bug spray if the camper is sensitive to mosquitos.

We will have a first aid station to handle small things like a cut or scrapes. Anything requiring further medical attention will be escalated to first responders and emergency contact notified immediately.

Absolutely! Please let us know if your camper has any allergies that we need to be aware of.

We’d love for you to and we’d also like you to join us for lunch! We’ll have plenty of coffee, water, and snacks for the adults.

We are holding the camp at the Boy Scout camp in Wadmalaw, Camp Ho Non Wa.  We will make every effort to keep your child safe but you will be asked to sign a waiver, as you would at any event.

We will be using BB Guns, not firearms. Additionally, we will have extra volunteers and a range master to ensure safety as best as we can.

We will also be using bows and field-tipped arrows at our archery range.

We will make accommodations for registered service animals but cannot accommodate pets unfortunately.

Absolutely! We do ask that you or a guardian attend with the camper as you know their needs best and we will not have the volunteer power to make individual accommodations. Please reach out if you have any questions and we feel the outdoors are truly for all!
