Our Mission

Welcome to Charleston Safari Club, a chapter of Dallas Safari Club.

We exist to give like-minded people a chance to gather, socialize, share stories and impact conservation here and around the world.

As a 501(c)(3) non-profit, our mission is to foster youth outdoor education. We plan to accomplish this with a summer day camp that teaches the American model of conservation – sustainable use of our natural resources – as well as valuable outdoor skills.

We meet the 4th Tuesday of each month at the Harbour Club at Westedge from 5:30-7:30PM

More information on Dallas Safari Club:

Dallas Safari Club is a force in conservation and outdoor conservation education and has been for many years.  The money that they raise to support protecting wildlife has funded many conservation efforts and the group continues to invest the money into efforts that have a real effect on the ground, especially in places like Africa. While donating money and supplies to anti-poaching efforts, they are also lobbying to protect our right to hunt around the world. Due to their enormous support of applied conservation internationally and their renewed vigor to educate the public with facts about conservation tactics, some initiatives that include hunting, we feel strongly about supporting the cause and forming a local chapter.
